The patient journey at Autism Stem Care is designed to be clear, structured, and supportive at every stage. We understand that seeking medical treatment abroad for your child is a significant undertaking, and we work to make the process as smooth and transparent as possible.
Stage 1: Initial Inquiry and Consultation
Your journey begins when you contact us — typically through our online consultation form, email, phone, or WhatsApp. Our patient coordination team responds within 24 hours with an initial assessment of your inquiry. We then schedule a more detailed consultation, which may be conducted via video call, phone, or email exchange, depending on your preference. During this consultation, we discuss your child's history, symptoms, previous treatments, and your goals and concerns.
Stage 2: Medical Records Review and Evaluation
If the initial consultation suggests that our treatments may be appropriate, we request your child's medical records, developmental assessments, and any relevant laboratory results. Our medical team reviews these documents and begins developing a preliminary treatment plan. This stage may involve additional questions or requests for specific tests that help us design the most appropriate protocol.
Stage 3: Treatment Planning and Travel Coordination
Once our medical team has completed their evaluation, we present a detailed treatment recommendation including the proposed protocol, estimated duration, pricing, and logistics. Our patient coordination team assists with travel planning including visa guidance, flight recommendations, hotel options, and airport transfer arrangements. We finalize the treatment schedule and confirm all logistics before your departure.

Stage 4: Arrival and Assessment in Istanbul
Upon arrival in Istanbul, you are met by our VIP transfer service and taken to your hotel. On the first day of your clinical visit, our medical team conducts an in-person assessment, reviews the treatment plan with you in detail, and answers any remaining questions. The treatment plan may be adjusted based on in-person evaluation findings.
Stage 5: Treatment Administration
Treatment is administered over multiple days according to your child's personalized protocol. This may include IV and/or intrathecal MSC administration, exosome therapy, supportive IV therapies, and daily monitoring. Our medical team monitors your child throughout the treatment period and is available for questions and support.
Stage 6: Discharge and Follow-Up
Before departure, our medical team conducts a comprehensive discharge consultation, reviewing the treatment provided, post-treatment care instructions, and the follow-up monitoring plan. Our structured follow-up program includes video consultations at defined intervals, standardized outcome tracking, and ongoing access to our team.
